"Email link" sends their personal training link straight from the app and records the date sent. Use "Email everyone without a link sent yet" to catch up new hires or anyone missed.

Build a short course: a title, then one or more sections with teaching points and True/False questions.
Course Groups
Bundle in-services together (e.g. "New Hire Orientation") so you can assign them all at once. Click Edit on an existing group below to add or remove courses from it.

Employee Groups
Save a reusable set of people (e.g. "Admin", "RN Team") so you can pick them all at once from the Assign tab instead of checking each one every time. "Auto-include by role" keeps the group current on its own - anyone with a checked role is automatically included, even ones added later. You can combine that with individually-picked people below it.

Assigns every in-service marked "Mandatory every year" (In-Services tab) to every active employee, for the given due date's year. Safe to run more than once — anyone already assigned for that year is automatically skipped. Each newly assigned employee gets an immediate email with their link, then a reminder every 7 days until they pass.
Creating assignments and sending notifications…
For a one-off or custom group, create an orientation group, check "select all employees" if needed, set a due date, and assign. If someone already has that course assigned for the same year, it's automatically skipped — safe to click Assign more than once. Each newly assigned employee gets an immediate email with their link, then a reminder every 7 days until they pass.
Creating assignments and sending notifications…
If the same course was accidentally assigned to someone more than once for the same year (e.g. before this safeguard existed), this collapses each set of duplicates down to one — keeping the earliest — without touching anyone's pass/fail history.
Manuals, reference guides, and policies for people to browse and download — separate from courses. Keep files under 6MB.

Every assignment gets an immediate email when created. After that: quiet until a month before the due date, then weekly reminders; daily for the final 3 days before it's due; then weekly again if it slips overdue — all until the employee passes. Assignments with no due date get a simple weekly reminder throughout. Emails are capped at 95/day to stay safely under the provider's 100/day limit — anything over that queues automatically and sends as soon as capacity frees up. Use this button to trigger a check right now (handy for testing, or to nudge people between the automatic runs).
An employee is non-compliant if they have any overdue in-service (assigned, not yet passed, past its due date). Sorted most-overdue first, with a color escalation (yellow → orange → red past 7 and 30 days overdue) and a note on how long since their last logged follow-up. Click a name to see their full record — assigned courses, internal notes, and email history — right here.

Log calls, check-ins, or escalation history for this employee - e.g. "Called on 8/15, said they'd finish by Friday."
